Salud Family Health is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and integrated healthcare home for the communities we serve. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare, regardless of their background, financial situation, or insurance status. We strive to empower our patients to take charge of their health and well-being by providing personalized care, educating them about their conditions, and supporting them in making informed decisions.

Patient-Centered Care

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Salud is governed by a patient-consumer Board of Directors. This ensures that the needs and voices of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where patients feel respected, understood, and empowered. We recognize that healthcare is more than just treating physical ailments; it's about addressing the whole person, including their mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Comprehensive Services Delivered with Compassion

We operate 13 clinic locations, a mobile unit, and 10 school sites, serving low-income, medically underserved populations, including migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Our team of dedicated medical professionals provides a wide range of services, including:

• Medical Care: Our medical team offers comprehensive primary care services for all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, men's health, and acute care. We are committed to providing timely and compassionate care to address our patients' diverse health needs.

• Dental Care: We understand that good oral health is essential for overall well-being. Our dental professionals provide comprehensive dental care services, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventative education.

• Behavioral Health: Mental and emotional health are integral parts of overall well-being. Our licensed behavioral health professionals provide counseling, therapy, and support services to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Pharmacy Services:

We offer on-site pharmacy services to ensure our patients have convenient access to their medications. Our pharmacists work closely with our medical team to optimize medication regimens and provide patient education.

• Pediatric Care:

We are dedicated to the health and well-being of children of all ages. Our pediatric team provides comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child checkups, vaccinations, and management of childhood illnesses.

Accessibility and Affordability

Salud is committed to making healthcare accessible and affordable to everyone in our communities. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance plans. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income, ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent individuals from receiving the care they need. Our staff is also bilingual in English and Spanish to better serve our diverse patient population.
