Our Mission
Our mission is to provide quality family eye care through our experienced staff, technical skills, and state-of-the-art equipment. We believe that educating our patients about their eye health in a family-friendly environment is the key to the success of our practice.
Our History
We have been providing quality family eye care since 1988. Dr. Sherrie Nunn originally opened two private practices, one in 1988 (at Storage Tek), and one in 1990 (Boulder Valley Eye Care) before eventually combining the two practices in our current office. Several years after opening, our name was changed from Boulder Valley Eye Care to Lafayette Eye Associates, P.C.
Our Doctor
Our doctor, Dr. Sherrie Nunn, O.D., has been practicing in the Lafayette area since 1988. She has been an active member of the Lafayette community for over 30 years and has enjoyed getting to know the people of this area.
Before You Visit Us
If you wear contact lenses, be sure to wear your lenses at least 2 hours before your scheduled exam. Bring along your regular eye glasses, any backup eye glasses, and any prescription sunglasses you might have. New patients, please bring along any old examination records you have and your current prescriptions.
Insurance
We accept a variety of health insurance policies in our office. We are out-of-network providers with vision insurances for eye exams, and we accept medically necessary insurances for any sort of medical issue due to the doctor's diagnosis.
