Our Story
Mountain Family Health Centers is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center system that has been serving the community for over 40 years. Our mission is to improve the health of our community by providing equitable and affordable medical, behavioral, and dental healthcare for all. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the entire community, regardless of their ability to pay or their insurance status.
Our Services
At Mountain Family Health Centers, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our patients. Our services include:
Medical Care
We offer primary care services for the whole family, including general medicine, pediatrics, women's health, men's health, and internal medicine. Our patients also have access to hospital care, emergency services, and specialty care.
Dental Care
We provide a full range of dental services, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and dentures. Our dental care services are designed to meet the unique needs of our patients, from children to seniors.
Behavioral Care
Our team of licensed therapists provides emotional, psychological, and social support to help our patients cope with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. We also offer marriage and family counseling, as well as support for substance use disorders.
Pharmacy Services
We offer on-site, low-cost medications and participate in the Section 340B pharmaceutical pricing program to ensure that our patients have access to the medications they need at an affordable price.
School-Based Health Centers
We believe that schools are a natural setting for health care, and we operate several school-based health centers in partnership with local schools. Our school-based health centers provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services to students and staff.
