Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
Nancy, a one-star reviewer, shared a negative experience with Natura Dermatology. She underwent a skin-tag check and removal procedure, but was given a prescription cream with a sun warning that was not disclosed to her. The cream took weeks to work, which was a problem for her as an outdoor enthusiast. When she contacted the doctor to discuss alternative options, she was charged another fee and told that the doctor was not willing to work with her. Nancy felt that the doctor and staff only cared about getting paid and did not put patients first.

Disappointing Experience with EmSculpt Neo
Wayne Howington had a poor experience with Natura Dermatology, stating that he was sold several EmSculpt Neo procedures and other treatments that did not deliver the promised results. He felt that he was taken advantage of and was left with a large bill. He has since filed claims against the company and Care Credit, the credit provider.
