Our experienced team of physicians, led by Dr. Nicholas DeFilippis and Dr. Jacqueline Fernandez, is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and care.

Our facility is fully equipped with modern technology, including chest x-ray, echocardiogram, EKG, spirometry, and a full blood chemistry lab. We have an on-site nurse available to manage and coordinate health care needs for Horizon Insurance members. Our friendly and professional staff is committed to making every visit a positive experience.

Our team specializes in diagnosing and treating various diseases, as well as providing counseling and wellness programs. We also offer subacute medical care post hospitalization through our affiliation with Manor Care Nursing Home.

Meet Our Physicians

Dr. Nicholas DeFilippis is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, with extensive experience in general internal medicine, geriatrics, and preventive medicine. He is also certified as a Nursing Home Medical Director and has active medical privileges at several local hospitals. Dr. DeFilippis speaks English, Italian, and some Spanish.

Dr. Jacqueline Fernandez is also a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, with expertise in general internal medicine, geriatrics, and preventive medicine. She is the Medical Director for Senior Spirit and the Humanitarian Outreach Program for Central and South America. Dr. Fernandez speaks English and Spanish.

Hours & Appointments

Please call for all appointments. We strive to accommodate all patients, including emergency and sick appointments for the same day. However, walk-ins will not be seen. Dr. DeFilippis and Dr. Fernandez have different schedules, so it's best to check with them directly for availability.
