Macoupin Family Practice Centers, LLP is a community-based private practice group that provides evidence-based primary care services for patients of all ages. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing you and your family with great healthcare. We treat up to 200 patients each day and maintain an active primary care base of approximately 20,000 patients.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including Home Sleep Study, Immunizations, Electrocardiogram, Simple Fracture Treatment, Dressing Changes, Cryosurgery, Pulmonary function Testing, Joint Injections, Laboratory services, Clinical Research, COVID Testing, Annual Wellness Exams, and Acute Visits. We also provide Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, and Remote Patient Monitoring.

Each member of our team is dedicated to providing you with exceptional care.

Our Facilities

We have three facilities located in Carlinville, Gillespie, and Mt. Olive, Illinois. Our Carlinville Family Practice is located at 15574 Rt. 108, Carlinville, IL 62626. The Gillespie Family Practice is at 715 W. Broadway, Gillespie, IL 62033, and the Mt. Olive Family Practice is at 115 N. Poplar, Mt. Olive, IL 62069. Each facility is equipped to provide a range of services.
