Office Policies
To ensure our patients receive the best possible care, we have implemented the following policies:
- Appointment Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for cancellation; courtesy reminder calls are provided 48 hours in advance of appointment
- No-Show Policy: $75 charge for new patient office visit appointments, $50 charge for follow-up patient office visit appointments, and $150 charge for surgery or cosmetic appointments
- Refund and Exchange Policy for Cosmetic Retail Products: Items must be in original packaging and unopened; exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee; no returns or exchanges after 30 days
Additional Information
We accept many insurance plans and offer flexible payment options for our medical services. We also offer a variety of cosmetic treatments and retail products for purchase in our office.
