Dr. Carney is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Carney has hospital privileges in both Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital.
