• Doppler vascular studies, which use ultrasound technology to assess blood flow and blood pressure in the veins and arteries
• Holter monitoring, which uses digital recorders to record the heart's electrical activity over a 24- or 48-hour period
• EKG testing, which measures the heart's electrical activity and can help diagnose heart rhythm disorders
