At Community of Hope, we are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate healthcare and supportive services to the people of Washington, DC. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has access to the resources they need to thrive, regardless of their ability to pay. Our healthcare centers and community programs are designed to meet the unique needs of our patients, from primary care to dental and emotional wellness services. We also work closely with community organizations to provide access to housing, food, and other essential services.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of healthcare services, including:

Primary Care: Our primary care services provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to chronic disease management.

Dental Care: Our dental services include cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, all provided in a comfortable and convenient setting.

Emotional Wellness: Our emotional wellness services include counseling, therapy, and support groups to help individuals cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.

Pregnant and New Families: We provide complete prenatal care, birth services, postnatal care, and pediatric care to ensure a healthy start for new families.

Sexual Health: Our comprehensive sexual health and reproductive care services include testing, treatment, and education for all ages.

Housing and Support Services: We offer a range of housing programs, from temporary housing to permanent supportive housing, as well as food and nutrition services, to support individuals and families in achieving stability and self-sufficiency.

Partnerships and Community Engagement: We work closely with community organizations, schools, and government agencies to provide holistic support to our patients and the broader community. From cultural events to health fairs, we engage with the community to share information, resources, and services.

• Connected 0% of our housing clients with a positive, stable housing outcome
• Reached 15,785 people with our medical, dental, emotional wellness, and patient support services
