Working together to improve health and well-being in our communities.

The organization now known as Community Medical Centers has its roots in a volunteer effort that began in the late 1960s. This initiative was driven by the caring nature of the community, which has remained a defining characteristic of our organization. We are deeply rooted in the community and are fully committed to enhancing the health and overall quality of life of its members. Our team provides essential care to men, women, and children every day, regardless of their ability to pay. We are a expanding network of neighborhood health centers currently serving over 100,000 individuals.

Our Services

At Community Medical Centers, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our offerings include medical care, dental care, behavioral health services, health education, women's health services, and special programs such as the Women, Infant and Children Program (WIC), HIV Early Intervention Program, Healthcare for the Homeless, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), and Presumptive Eligibility.

Our medical care services cover a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, from routine check-ups and vaccinations to the management of chronic conditions and acute illnesses. Our experienced medical team provides compassionate and high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Our dental care services include preventive care, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Our dental team is committed to helping patients maintain good oral health and to addressing any dental issues they may have.

In addition to medical and dental care, we also offer behavioral health services. These services are designed to help patients address mental health and substance abuse issues, and to improve their overall well-being. Our team of behavioral health specialists provides confidential and compassionate care to patients.

Our health education services are designed to help patients make informed decisions about their health. We offer a variety of resources, including classes, workshops, and individual counseling, to help patients understand their health conditions and to learn how to manage them effectively.

Our women's health services, including the WIC program, are designed to meet the unique needs of women. These services include prenatal care, family planning, and other reproductive health services.

Our special programs, such as the HIV Early Intervention Program, Healthcare for the Homeless, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), and Presumptive Eligibility, are designed to meet the specific needs of vulnerable populations. These programs provide critical services to individuals and families who might otherwise go without care.

At Community Medical Centers, we are committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to the community. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay. We are proud to serve as the primary health home for so many individuals and families in the Central Valley area of California.
