Our Services

At Matteo Family Chiropractic, we strive to provide complete care for our patients. We utilize several different techniques to identify and correct your problem. These include Activator using the Impulse Adjusting Instrument, Diversified, Thompson (Drop Table) and Flexion/Distraction.

We are experts in treating a variety of conditions, with back pain being the number one reason people come to see us. Over 80% of adults experience severe back pain at some point in their life. We also treat neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, joint problems, digestive problems and a lot more. We are confident that we can help most issues.

Another common condition that we see in our office is fibromyalgia. With our natural approach that focuses on the actual cause of the problem, you can be feeling better almost immediately.

Nutritional Counseling

A very important piece of the wellness spectrum is nutrition. We choose only the finest nutritional products which are minimally processed. Products that we trust enough to use ourselves. And whenever possible, products that are made directly from whole foods and not produced synthetically in ANY way.

Your First Visit

During your first visit, we will take a detailed health history, perform a thorough physical examination, and provide you with a detailed report of findings. This will include an explanation of your current health status, the suggested treatment plan, and the estimated timeline for achieving your health goals.

Our Difference

At Matteo Family Chiropractic, we spend quality time with you getting to know you and your situation. Our treatments last about 30 minutes, with much of that time being spent on muscular issues, which makes our adjustments much more effective and long lasting. While we would love to see you become a lifetime patient of ours, our goal is not to see you repeatedly over and over again. We strive to get our patients on long term maintenance as quickly as possible.

Our Locations

Matteo Family Chiropractic has two convenient locations. Our Hilton Head Island office is located just off the Hilton Head Plantation Circle, and our Bluffton office is located just off Hwy. 278 between Eagles Pointe and Rose Hill Plantations.
