Patient Portal

The eClinicalWorks web-based Patient Portal allows patients and doctors to communicate easily, safely, and securely over the Internet. Patients are given secure passwords that allow them to log in to see their own private set of documents, including statements and communications from their physicians. With the Patient Portal, patients can view their medical records, update personal information, and make payments online.

The Patient Portal is a convenient and secure way for patients to access their medical information and communicate with their healthcare providers. The Patient Portal is only available to individuals with an existing portal account.

Billing Services

At Saltzer Health, we understand that medical bills can be confusing and overwhelming. That's why we offer financial services to our patients to help them understand their medical bills and make payments.

If you have a billing question, you can call our billing department at 208-463-3000. We also offer online bill pay through our patient portal. With online bill pay, you can view your statements online from any device, view your balance and pay online securely, and keep track of your payment history.

To make a payment by mail, you can send your payment to Saltzer Clinic at 215 E. Hawaii Ave., Nampa ID 83686.
