Center for Sight was founded in 1988 by Dr. Stephen R. Franklin, an Oak Ridge native who returned to his hometown to establish a world-class ophthalmology practice. Dr. Franklin, along with his team of skilled professionals, has been dedicated to providing expert eye care to the East Tennessee community for over three decades.
